Film Synopsis
Comedy meets anxiety in this documentary about the wedding preparation of Joanna and Nicole. From the events leading up to their wedding and through candid interviews, their actions reveal one truth: love is universal, regardless of gender.
Included within the film is footage from City Hall in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 17, 2004, the very first day in history same-sex couples could legally receive marriage licenses in the state.
